This project was the first redesign of the House of Hoops retail format since its inception in 2007. The project fully reconstructed the format, elevated product marketing, transformed brand storytelling and created a footwear construct. It was launched with a block party on Fulton Street. I led the cross-functional creative team in retail design and execution.
