This project was created to launch a series of Jordan Brand products and experiences across NBA All-Star Weekend. The concept was a 3-day pop-up shop (open 24 hours a day), eventually becoming the second permanent Jumpman Flagship in the brand’s fleet. The shop covered two stories with retail, a product creation/customization studio, coffee shop, barber shop and digital basketball experiences. I led the cross-functional team from concept to reality.
